Land Use Committee of Ratnapura District Convenes

The Land Use Committee Meeting of the Ratnapura District was held today (18) at the Auditorium of the Ratnapura District Secretariat under the patronage of Mr. M.G. Lalith Ananda, District Secretary/Government Agent of Ratnapura.

During the meeting, attention was focused on resolving land-use-related issues within the district, promoting sustainable land management practices, and ensuring the effective utilization of land resources for future development initiatives.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Amila Wijerathne, Additional District Secretary; Mr. M.K.L. Jayasinghe, District Director (Planning); Mr. G.M. Sanath Padmakumara, Assistant Director of District Land Use; Divisional Secretaries of the district; and other officials.
